Farmer’s market update

It may snow tonight, so it’s hard to believe that the farmer’s market officially opened at the end of January.  Pickings might be still be slim, but Chef Payton Warren took a stroll through the booths to look for a little inspiration.  He can back with an arm full of roasted local turnips and whirled them together with a medley of rosemary sage and thyme into a steaming bowl of a Scarbourgh Fair soup that will surely bolster our spirits until this weekend.  Sunshine and 60 degrees is on the way!
