Gluten Sensitive Baked Goods Now Available at Broad Street!
For months, Broad Street’s baking team has been dutifully at their ovens crafting a brand new line of pastries with gluten-free ingredients. Focusing on bringing Jackson’s favorite pastries to the gluten sensitive crowd, Chef Jen’s bakery is offering Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie, Peanut Butter Cookie, Coconut Macaroon, Paleo Granola (all natural), Chocolate Torte, Pana Cotta, and Sugar-Free Pana Cotta.
It’s important that we explain that due to limited space, we cannot sell any of our products as completely gluten-free. Although all of our “98% gluten-free” products are made with gluten-free ingredients, gluten contamination by flour in the air makes our treats not safe to eat for those who must eat gluten-free.
At Broad Street, we know that gluten allergies and diets are becoming more prevalent. We want to make sure that can continue to serve the needs of the Jackson community!
